Full Therapeutic Disclosure (FTD)

Using the Dan Drake & Janice Caudill model, we offer step-by-step support for couples navigating the disclosure process—from prep through integration. This includes email support and coordination between coaches and facilitators. Listen to this podcast: Dan Drake on Disclosure for more information.

FTD Benefits:

  • Restores a foundation of truth and trust
  • Stops future “bomb drops” and minimizes harm

FAQ

What if I’m not sure whether I’m staying or leaving?

I’m committed to supporting your healing no matter what you decide. It’s about helping you find clarity and calm so you can make decisions from a grounded place—not from fear or pressure.

Will coaching tell me to stay or leave?

Yes. I won’t tell you what to do, but I’ll help you get clear, grounded, and connected to your own inner voice. From that place, you can make a decision that’s rooted in self-trust instead of fear or pressure.

What if I’m already in therapy?

That’s great! If you worked with me, I would encourage you to keep your therapist. Coaching is not therapy—it’s a different kind of support. My coaching complements therapy by offering structure, tools, and empowerment-focused guidance. I will be your teammate.

Do I have to be married to work with you?

Any person who has been impacted by problematic sexual behavior can work with us. In other words, if you’ve experienced betrayal trauma or sexual addiction (married or not), this space is for you.

How long will this take?

Different clients have different timelines. Healing is deep, layered work. It takes time, safety, and conosistent support to move from survivial into true healing. This isn’t a quick fix. It’s a courageous, soul-level commitment.

Is this for me?

Yes! This coaching is for you if:

✅ You’re in deep pain, overwhelmed by triggers or uncertainty, and need support that makes you feel grounded—not more confused.

✅ You’re tired of holding it all together alone and want practical tools, guidance, and clarity to help you take the next right steps—whether you stay or leave.

✅ You’re ready to reclaim your voice, set strong boundaries, and finally start healing—not just surviving.

✅ You’re willing to do the work, even when it’s uncomfortable. You want to be a safe person for your partner, your family, anad yourself.

Is it possible this isn’t for me?

Great thought! This coaching is not for you if:

❌ You’re not ready to be honest with yourself or others.

❌ You’re looking for a quick fix or a checkbox to keep your partner off your back.

❌ You’ve already decided to divorce and are only seeking legal or logistical next steps

❌ You believe your partner’s recovery is the only thing that matters
