FAQ
What if I’m not sure whether I’m staying or leaving?
You don’t have to have that answer right now. My role is to support your healing while you find clarity, so any decisions you make come from a grounded place, not from fear or pressure.
Will coaching tell me to stay or leave?
No. I won’t tell you what to do, but I’ll help you get clear, grounded, and connected to your own inner voice. From that place, you can make a decision that’s rooted in self-trust instead of fear or pressure.
What if I’m already in therapy?
That’s completely okay. Many clients choose to do both.
Coaching offers a different kind of trauma-informed support. We focus on structure, tools, and helping you move forward in your day-to-day life. It can work alongside therapy in a way that feels supportive and complementary. You won’t have to choose one or the other.
Do I have to be married to work with you?
No. You don’t have to be married.
If you’ve been impacted by betrayal or challenges in your relationship—whether you’re dating, engaged, married, or separating—this space is for you.
How long will this take?
Every person’s timeline is different. Healing is deep, layered work—it takes time, safety, and consistent support to move out of survival and into true healing.
This isn’t a quick fix, but it is a meaningful process.
Is this for me?
This work may be a good fit for you if
✅ You’re feeling overwhelmed by betrayal, triggers, or uncertainty and want support that helps you feel more grounded and clear
✅ You’re tired of carrying this on your own and are looking for practical tools, guidance, and next steps
✅ You want to reconnect with your voice, set meaningful boundaries, and begin moving out of survival
✅ You’re open to doing deeper work, even when it’s uncomfortable, because you know something needs to change
✅ You recognize the impact of your actions and want to grow in honesty, accountability, and the ability to show up differently
Is this only for people early in the process?
Not at all. We work with people at every stage—whether you’re just discovering what’s happened, have been working on this for years and feel stuck, or are moving through grief and loss. We also support family members impacted by betrayal.
