I’ve helped dozens of women just like you.

I know what it’s like to be betrayed by my spouse, to be caught off guard, to be misled, and traumatized.

While I ultimately stayed with my husband, throughout my journey, I often thought that losing my husband was my only concern.

In my healing process I realized quickly that I also needed to be concerned about losing myself.

I’ve dedicated my time and career to helping women find themselves sooner and my hope is that you’ll learn the tools to bounce back even quicker than I did.

Doing this work isn’t just about saving your marriage…it’s about saving you.

I know what it’s like to be stuck in a cycle I can’t break.

I know what it’s like to lose my integrity and my sense of self.

The shame, the lying, and the anger swallowed the man I wanted to be. I promised to change but deep down I wasn’t sure if it was possible.

I’ve helped many men, with similar stories, realize that true recovery is possible.

In recovery, I’ve learned that my partner deserves better and so do I. It is possible to be honest with yourself, face the shame, and do the work. I’ve lived it. I’m here for you.
